Ordering Policy

Terms & Conditions

All the orders have to be made 5 days in advance. No cancellation or refund would be accepted once the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline any reschedule requests due to limited order availability.

Small Good reserves the right to terminate the offer or to amend the terms and conditions of the offer without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Small Good reserves the right of final decision.

Pick Up

1. Please come on the designated pick-up date within our business hours (Please see "Location"). If your order is not being picked up, it will be disposed after two days without any further notice.

2. For specific items (wholecakes, macarons), we strongly recommend you to bring your cool bags and ice packs for distant travel.

3. Please notice us 3 days in advance if you need to change your pick-up date (only later dates would be considered). We reserve the right to decline any reschedule requests due to limited order availability.

Delivery

1. Orders can be picked up at our Kennedy Town store or deliver to your chosen location (1 location per order). Delivery fee as follow: HK Island/ Kowloon $80, New Territories $120. We don't deliver to remote area or outlying areas, please check with us if in doubt. We provide free delivery on orders over $1500. 

2. We use third-party logistic company for our delivery. While most of the times we are able to provide door-to-door delivery service to our customers, some domestic or commercial areas may have policies that prohibit us from doing so. In those cases, please communicate with us or the delivery person to arrange an ideal pickup location. 

3. Please make note of the delivery day and time to ensure smooth delivery of the order(s). We may contact you with phone/ Whatsapp/ Instagram messages to follow up with the delivery process. If the delivery fails due to customers' responsibilities such as but not exclusive to- being non-contactable or false information given, customer(s) should be responsible for any extra costs generated by such event. Unreceived order(s) may be sent back to our Kennedy Town store and customers will need to pay for the return fee and pick up the orders at our store within 1 business day. Previous delivery fee will not be refunded. Re-delivery maybe possible and the fee will be fully responsible by the customer(s). We are not responsible for the change of quality of the products during the process. 

4. We only deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We do not deliver to outlying islands and remote areas, examples are but not exclusive to- Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Lantau, Peng Chau, Lamma and Cheung Chau. Please check with us if unsure.
