Moonelé Gift Box 2024

我們的moonelé是使用香港老字號開源蛋行的新鮮咸蛋作為內餡，基底仍然是我們的經典可麗露（用上日本雞蛋、grade A馬達加斯加雲呢嗱籽及香料冧酒）。鹹香的內餡配以焦香濕潤的可麗露，就是Small Good Moonelé的獨有味道。

包裝方面，我們選用可重用鐵盒和非膠面可回收紙張，以減少資源浪費。外層以優雅的日式摺紙風格呈現不規則的線條。紙張以壓花印出如海浪般的圖案，其實是canelé銅模形狀的勾畫。Minimal and detailed, 是我們最喜愛的設計理念。

Moonelé禮盒有三粒裝及八粒裝，我們也有供應冷藏版(frozen)及常溫版(fresh)兩個選項，訂購前請詳細閱讀以下資訊。

食用須知(冷藏版)
- 請跟據以下指引把Moonelé翻熱後食用
- 取貨時請自備保溫袋
- Moonelé可於-18°C冰格保存三星期

冷藏版翻熱指引 (焗爐)
- 預熱焗爐至180°C
- 將Moonelé從包裝取出
- 置於焗爐加熱15分鐘
- 取出後放室溫放涼5分鐘即可享用

冷藏版翻熱指引 (氣炸鍋)
- 將Moonelé從包裝取出
- 放入氣炸鍋以160°C加熱12分鐘
- 取出後於室溫放涼5分鐘即可享用

食用須知(常溫版)
- 毋須翻熱，於包裝取出即可食用
- 建議即日享用

Our Moonelés are meticulously handcrafted using traditional French techniques, only using the finest ingredients to ensure the best flavor profiles and textures. The are made with our signature canelés filled with salted egg yolk from the local gem Hoi Yuen Eggs Co. Caramelised crust on the outside, rich and moist on the inside. The salted egg yolk filling balances out the sweetness and make it a great savoury dessert to indulge in. Enjoy these magic treats with your loved ones while celebrating the beauty of the moon and the joy of togetherness.

Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Flour, Butter, Spiced Rum, Vanilla Beans, Salted Egg Yolk

Frozen version notes
- Follow the guide below for reheating (Must!)
- Bring your cool bag during pick-up, and put the Moonelé back to -18°C freezer asap
- The Moonelé box can be stored in freezer for 3 weeks.

Frozen version reheating guide (with oven)
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Remove Moonelé from packaging
- Put in oven and reheat for 15 minutes
- Let cool for 5 minutes before consuming

Frozen version reheating guide (with air-fryer)
- Remove Moonelé from packaging
- Put in air-fryer at 160°C and reheat for 12 minutes
- Let cool for 5 minutes before consuming

Fresh version notes
- No reheating needed
- Best consumed on the receiving day
